Metronix provides on-premise AI infrastructure solutions. Our services include software deployment, integration support, and ongoing maintenance. All services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

With our on-premise deployment model, all your data remains within your infrastructure. We do not access, store, or process your data on our servers. All content, features, and functionality of Metronix services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and source code, are owned by Metronix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
In no event shall Metronix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
Your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Metronix operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
